Surrounded by spectacular gorges with crystal-clear water and majestic mountains offering unforgettable panoramas, our campsite Les Myotis is the perfect starting point for walks and hikes suitable for all levels: whether beginners or seasoned hikers, every guest will enjoy the natural treasures accessible near our site. Memories guaranteed!

At or departing from Les Myotis, there are many varied activities focused on a rich and preserved environment: in summer, under a completely clear starry sky, an expert hosts an astronomy evening to delight guests.

Workshops are also organized, such as making syrups from wild plants, or creating balms with beeswax and essential oils.

Not to forget game nights, perfect for relaxing with family or friends at Les Myotis, where you'll find a dining area, and two spots for swimming and water fun : a supervised body of water adjacent to the site, and direct access to the Buëch River from the campsite, via an easy wooded path.

Two riding centers are also located 2 km away, and bike rental is available through a local partner.

Explore Sisteron and its medieval history, or visit the local Provençal markets for a sensory journey in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes, on the border with Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, from our campsite Les Myotis.

Our tip: stroll through the award-winning market of Laragne-Montéglin, typically Provençal, where local producers of honey, essential oils, cheeses, vegetables, flowers, and regional crafts… compete to charm visitors.

Discovering activities focused on local flora and fauna, such as guided hikes led by local guides, add an educational and playful touch to your stay.

In summer, a vegetable garden is available for you to learn how to nurture the soil and enjoy its produce. Also on-site, the petting farm and its free-roaming animals will delight young and old.

There is also an educational workshop on the properties of plants, or themed night hikes with a specialist mountain guide: for an unequalled approach to wildlife, flora, and geology… with inspiring themes like sunsets over the ridges, a forest escape game, a walk about wolves, and a tour of the orchards and lavender surrounding the campsite.

Head to the Hautes-Alpes, on the doorstep of the Méouge gorges and the town of Sisteron, to our campsite Les Myotis to feast your eyes… and to make plenty of memories !

The Gorges de la Méouge, wonders of the Hautes-Alpes and the Baronnies Provençales, offer a spectacular setting for swimming and hiking.

The Chabre mountain offers a panorama to discover at the end of the day for a beautiful sunset over the Alps, Mont Ventoux and the Ecrins Massif.
Our tip: follow the ridge line, a major international paragliding spot (and maybe try it yourself!).

Climbing enthusiasts will find their happiness in Orpierre, while history lovers can explore the ruins of the old Mison castle: with the possibility of a bike ride among the lavender fields at the height of summer.

For the more adventurous, the Grande Fistoire in Le Caire, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, offers a via ferrata among the most impressive in Europe.
